Admittedly, the guy freaking out at armed lunatics in the street is probably a poor idea - But they did both unload two shots each (one with a shotgun) and are also the sort to just sorta hang out in the street with loaded assault weaponry. 100% the reason gun control is such an issue and 100% deserve what they got.
