At the end of summer, the alpine farmers march their cattle back from the summer alps to their local farms in the valley. Traditionally those cattle contain goats, cows, and a bull. During this march the alpine farmers are natural yodelling while the goat boy and goat girl are at the front leading the cattle with their goats. Some of the alpine farmers even have a “Lediwagen” pulled by a horse on which the equipment for the cheesemaking is carried. In rare cases at the end of a cattle is a cart pulled by a horse to transport the pigs.
