Yes! His quiet sniggers crack me up. There's a scene with him and Adama just as they've hooked up Anders on the CIC deck where Adama touches the Cylon connecting cables and they're slimy. He gets this disgusted look on his face and Tigh says "Its not too late, Bill. You can still flush'em out the airlock." Adama says "Not enough time" and Tigh gives a soft snigger. Just had me rolling on the floor. Their friendship was special. The script writing was just so good on BSG.
