and one possibility would be to do it like climbing (3 rounds, one speed, one with a few really hard lines and one where u have a small parkour park with different possibilities for ur lines)

Parkour is so cool. It seems to need a lot of strength, stamina, balance and quick decision making. It's like gymnastics but you're also like a character in a platform game haha.

Theres like 100% male parkour videos on youtube recommanded,never in my life have i seen a singel female parkour,not even random,had to youtube female parkour,and finally a female doing it,and it looks amazing ❤
