That is because they are Masters division and IMHO that's how it should be. They are not professional boxers, meaning they don't do this for a living, they do it recreationally, so safety should be of high concern! In USA, Masters division is considered 35 years old + and the headgear (helmet) is manadatory for everyone regardless of their level. Also the headgear (helmet) is very nicely padded and fits properly (not like the blue corner in this video) and has to have an M in the back, which is Masters' division approved. Same for Canada, UK and Australia where the headgear is mandatory.

Also, like you noticed, the red is more experienced, so this match is quite uneven, so even more reasons for the blue corner to wear headgear (helmet), in order to avoid injuries.
