Hi um i have a story to tell so what time my mom is taking me to school and we were going to go to a roundabout and it was called Maritime drive on Wisconsin but it was like I see suicide like drifting and we hit the curb, but there was like no damage, but the airbag is like deployed. I took it to like the worst dealer shop because when we test the car at the muffler was hanging though, like that leather, it wouldn’t be matching. so yeah and then we took it to the place where we got my mom’s car. She’s all the way in Appleton while we were wet while we were waiting. I was just in the little playroom, but it was very scary and wasn’t crushed my mom didn’t know what to do and my baby brother was so sad to listen to be called my dad to come pick me up and then take me to school and then return told the in then we get in the office and then we tell the office lady and the assistant principal was in there too so we told them and since we told him that we’re going to look at a car accident their eyes just went up another mouth just dropped but since discounts they didn’t make me tardy because there’s a reason why they should’ve so tardy I didn’t get thx byeee

@@scottthewaterwarrior Maybe taking no evasive action is the best course of action some times. Those that instinctively swerve away are not practicing defensive driving, that is just reflex and as you said, self preservation. They are the ones most likely to cause a crash and be solely liable for any damage they cause.

As a Brit, I was always baffled at the US government's banning the importation of small plastic Kinder egg toys as a choking hazard. I'm starting to understand why.

@@johnt.848 By evasive action I didn't mean swerving, unless you already know the lane next to you is clear, that's always going to be a bad idea. But I've seen a number of crashes on here where a simple tap of the brake or even just letting go of the gas would have been enough.

I guess I have to get a Tesla so I can understand why Tesla owners brag about having a Tesla 😂

I concur that cammer knew what they were doing but insurance will probably rule kia at fault for running the right on red and crossing over to the left lane.

Cammer had more than enough time to avoid that accident.

And even if the other driver was speeding it's still completely her fault. Flashing yellows are not protected and it's up to the turning person to yield and turn safely

Dont forget the other driver used his highbeams as she was committing to the turn as a way to say “hey watch out”

Exactly what I was going to say. They always try to thwart responsibility by saying the other car was speeding! That car definitely didnt look like it was speeding. You can tell by the impact. There would have been much more damage had that car been going too fast. And they were able to slow down in a short amount of time.

The ones who stare at a phone screen while diving from the left shoulder to an exit they’re .02 seconds from passing up. To the ones who think side mirrors are a decoration. To the ones who think it’s a grand idea drop the hammer when a light turns yellow from 100+ yards away from the line. If you DONT do these things or things like these few examples that I have provided, then no my friend then my comment was not for you at all. Stay safe out there. Oh and it doesn’t matter if you push it gently with your thumb or ram the steering column into the gearbox, your horn will make the same amount of noise at the same volume

@@danielboone1549 My comment was purely a sh*tpost, lol! When driving I'm the one trying to watch out for all those idiots doing the stuff you mentioned. I was also the weird kid who saw bumper cars as a challenge _not_ to crash, so already had quite a bit of practice going into it.

@@jjlpincthow can you tell? By context clues alone you can say it wasnt. Driver was trying to go left, got clipped, slowed way down and turned right and was out of view of the camera. While the cammer made no attempt to go right but to keep going If anything the cammer was the one who ran

😂😂😂 distracted drivers are the most dangerous people on the roads right now. Imagine if we had a device that took our phones before we could start our vehicles. Uninsured driver arent dangerous, they just cant afford insurance.. but that doesnt name them anymore dangerous than people with insurance. They are more likely to cause a crash or not avoid one to get big pay outs whereas an uninsured driver dont have the money to crash their cars so they're more careful.

@@briancooper4959 Could've possibly been the car got in the right lane, due to they thought the truck was taking to long to get over. Then decided to go the same speed in the trucks blind spot. People do that to me all the time. When I pass people, I want to make sure I clear them enough and not put them in a dangerous spot by taking all their stopping distance. People get impatient, then get in the right lane and ride the same speed as you. If you look away the mirror real quick you might miss someone passing you on your right. Luckily my main truck has hood mirrors so I usually don't have much of a blind spot down the right. Some trucks where I work, they don't have the hood mirrors. Then you completely lose cars, right about where this car is sitting.

@@cliffordstokes595 Not all trucks have hood mirrors though. There's times where cars can get passed the right side mirror, but still be in the blind spot near the front wheel. Company I drive for only a couple of the trucks have hood mirrors.

and the stationary black vehicle that got totalled was illegally parked. There's a lesson to be learned here, haha.

The white car next to them and the grey car also got hit, so I if they were in the open spot a couple lanes over the grey car would probably have still slid into them. Also judging by every single vehicle there being the same model, it's probably a car dealer, so their lot their rules.

The one I see the most is people pulling out of a side street or driveway into the inside lane because it's empty but there are cars coming down the outside lane. I think what they were saying by hit and run was that the red car the cammer hit "ran". But to me it looks like they were pulling into that gas station and assuming the cammer would follow to exchange info. Instead the cammer saw them turn and assumed they ran and thus they kept going. Thats how I interpret that. Cammer is an idiot

Came here looking to see if anyone else was gonna say this. Cammer was in the far most left lane and should have stuck to that lane until the turn was complete.

If it happened in Florida they most definitely got away without paying. Florida has an at fault law. Meaning if an uninsured vehicle hits you, your insurance is responsible for the damage.

I think that was at a Volvo dealer, since every car there looked like a Volvo. And the dealer can park wherever they want.
