I still don't quite get how they're made. Do you just do trial and error or does the program take the song and create notes automatically and you just edit it a little bit?

Magnezium GD he listens to it a bunch of times, figures out the key and then listens to it again to lay out the notes

I put the notes part by part on FL Studio, then I create a midi and I record the Synthesia play of the midi, and finally I put the video and the audio together with some edition
