What I like about this car is not the just the sound, but mostly the fact that it has an affordable AWD which works extremely well too.

Pops and bangs, anti lag and launch control and of course that Subaru burble. No other car has that pleasure. My brothers Evo 5 didn't even give that grin on my face, nice as it was. From a 98 to a 2000 to a 2007 Hawkeye. No other car does what these cars do

@@buss1205 Yip controlled through the ECU. That gives the direct grip and power ratio when you hit the acceleration from a standing start such as quarter mile, half mile drag

Anti lag system. Basically it keeps the turbo spooled up even without boost. All race Subarus have it. It's hell on the engine though and to use it means rebuilding the engine after every race so not for a daily driver.

There's actually two choices for new STI models (as i think) There's manual and cvt (You can get a sequntal transmission if you're all about speed)

Actualy and ej207 is diff to an ej20 ..in the 90's you got an ej20g then an ej20k then you get ej205 and 207 an i think they do an ej204.. but thats a non turbo lump
