The best part about the whole "man up its a rambo movie" comment is the original movie and to a greater extent the books are about how people are coming back from wars with PTSD and society is basically just telling them to man up and get over it. And then the resulting rampage when one of those vets with PTSD snaps because manning up did nothing to help

I was visiting an old mate of mine in Campbelltown, after a night of bar crawling, I stumbled around the town and caught a sight of the Fisher's ghost pointing at his former grave... turns out it was the mate I was visiting pointing to the spot were she violently puked, yuck!
