I think the reason why Banner and Stark became such good friends because Tony never treated Bruce like a ticking time bomb he treated him like a person a pushed his boundaries and Bruce knew he could control himself but others always treated him like he was always on the edge of becoming the hulk but Tony was just a curious dude who treated him like a person
