The tumble tracks are spring boards. So that helps.

is it common to get off line and land off of the track area? it seems like that could be dangerous especially since these people are doing triple backs and stuff.

No hate but it is really hard and sort of rare to stick land that because of the insane speed yes it has been done no definitely not easy to even find. Just imagine it as you running as fast as you can then trying to stop you take a couple steps to slow down because if you didn’t you would fall flat on your face and get injured

The high jump world record is 2.45 metres. These people look like they could smash it with ease but don’t bother because high jump is way too boring for them

The video is based on tumbling difficulty which unfortunately means more men are represented. However, I will ensure more women are in the video next time! Also, you might wanna watch my next video which only is about women's tumbling💪 It will be released later on today :)
