His shooting form is unlike any I’ve seen, very unique. He’ll be an all star in this league.

Curry range, CP3 court vision, at 6'5" with 50/40/90 splits, he got next after Steph. 💯
@lunacy55108 ай бұрын
I'm a big fan of CP3 but he Haliburton is not as ball dominant and in need to control the offence very tightly. Idk how to explain it but basically both CP3 and Haliburton are primary playmakers and passers but they still have vastly different style. CP3 is very careful and calculative, plays much slower were Haliburton's offence is more free flowing and faster. Haliburton reminds me more of a Steve Nash if Steve Nash was willing to shoot more. There are much more similarities between Haliburton's Pacers and mid to late 00s Phoenix Suns than there is between Pacers and CP3's teams as well.

@lunacy5510 Haliburton is so unique he really has no comp
@chriscc147 ай бұрын
@@Brandon_Benji his comparison is good. I think he's like magic johnson if he could shoot. Extremely up tempo but willing to score. He's pretty spectacular
@Brandon_Benji7 ай бұрын
@chriscc14 magic is a better comp for playstyle but even then magic was methodical. he could slow the game down whenever he needed to. Haliburton is so unique to me because he plays uptempo all the time but is so efficient and unorthodox lol like I cant think of anyone that truly plays like him
@chriscc147 ай бұрын
@@Brandon_Benji that's true. every play feels like a fast break 7 seconds or less type of play, even after a made basket. Just quick decisions and usually it's the right one. Its really unbelievable how good he's been. One of the most exciting players in the league right now for sure

2020 draft class slept on before the draft. Now they’ve got Hali, Maxey, Melo, Antman, Jaden Mcdaniels, Vessel, Bane all playing out of their minds

The 2020-21 draft class could go down as one of the best guard classes of all time
@lazzi24628 ай бұрын
It might be way too early to say this, but imo, he might be the best 'scoring pure point guard' ever! Other pure PG's like Stockton, Nash, CP3, Magic, Kidd, etc, they can score too, but they weren't scoring 25+ppg along with 10ast at a low turnover rate. I have never seen a pure PG score so much before, especially efficiently. This guy is special, I'm happy he's from my home state as well. We're proud of him! I just hope the Pacers can get him a legit #2 guy. Imagine if he ever comes home to play with Giannis. Lol
@slavdog31808 ай бұрын
If he stays like this, he’ll arguably have one of the best PG seasons ever. At least for regular season
@lazzi24628 ай бұрын
@@slavdog3180 Yeah for sure! I think he can keep his stats around where it's at right now for the rest of the season. Man, if he could keep around these averages for a few seasons, that would be incredible, he'll go down as the best Pacer of all time if he can do that. And that'll be some GOAT level PG stuff, but Idk if he can win in Indy. I hope they get him help.

Why does he look away after passing so much? He doesn’t need to do that. His arms and body already show he’s passing in one direction and him looking away won’t confuse defenders. Don’t get me wrong, I think he is one of the best players in the league but I feel like he’s overdoing it with so called “no look” passes. Those are just awkward “look away” passes.

His no look-passes rarely get stolen though so why change up?

Nice video… certainly better than any I could make. But I have to ask, if this guy leads in assists, why are there so few clips of his passes? I figure he has 10.8 choice per game. Not hating at all, just like seeing point guards giving out dimes.
