Based on Carol's reaction to Vicki starting @5:29 I would bet that everything after the "full deck" line was improvised by Vicki. Carol couldn't keep a straight face and it looked like she wasn't expecting all that extra stuff.

I grew up watching Mamas Family and didn’t realize at the time it came from Carol Burnett. I never knew til I was much older that mama was played by such a young woman! Amazing actress!!!
