The sound is acceptable, they are comfortable, the replaceable parts and look make them seem high-quality. But the engineering and materials are as lean and cheap as it gets. The swivel and headband adjustment/attachment is all cheap plastic and will not last as long as the replaceable cord or ear pads. The fake leather parts are only a thin layer of fake leather over fabric and will crack and peel off. If you are ok with replacing them the first time they are dropped, then they are a fine value.
