What is the substance for the pulp cover?? Is it white cement only or mixed with something else?

It is not white cement. It is wallputt. Add little water and mix it like a roti consistency. Then the dough is ready to use. Keep it in air tight cover and box. Otherwise it will get Dry fastly. Thankyou so much for watching. Keep on support us 🤗

It is wall putty which is used for smoothening the wall before painting. Avlbl in hardware /paint stores. 40 rs approx per kg.
