There is this issue thats concerning me is perak don't have a main stand + it do not have tubeless tyres (while most of the bikes those lack a main stand generally have alloy wheels and tubeless tyres). Worried about the situation of puncture repairing locally. P.S- I don't know how effective are anti puncture sealing liquids.

These stands are really bad. Don't buy these. You can see them wiggle in the video itself. Plus the non extendable one also sucks, if possible get it done yourself in your local welding shop who welds stainless steel. That will be cheap sturdy and can lift a vmax without any issue. There are several negative reviews on amazon for these stands from grand pit stop. If you watch closely to other brands, they all come from the same location near Thissur. Get it done yourself, it'll last a lifetime.
