First thing thanks for the video +rep, regarding the earings and max cooldowns I mist maybe but I think its good idea too use it 1 of them on earings as they dont have a really big impact and use it skill perk on armor instead, or any perk where are required to improve your build ✌

I have a separate set of "Luck" gear. It does not matter what the other perks are because I use it ONLY for ECRs and portal runs with groups so that I can improve drops.

I'd only defend Luck in like M1 Genesis but nothing else. I usually use a separate Luck set for when i get to the end of the expedition. Throw it on and then loot the chests.

You don't have penetrating wrecking ball and sturdy energy in your spreadsheet under Ability Perks on Armour, how do you rate them?

Is there a new expedition that only has range elemental attacks that I'm not aware of or something ? Where in the world is it S Tier in PVE ?

You don't mention weapon perk "Leeching Crosscut" although you do include perks such as "Leeching Flurry". Is there a reason for this?

on my server the Health-perk (adamant) cost from 35k and higher because it´s so fucking rare

The pvp damage 1% per buff on ring is pretty good. In the heat of battle, I usually have 7-10 buffs, so its carrying just as much if not more than the standard +damage increase. Pvp only, butt still really nice Also, looking forward to the weapon perk vid

get 10% empower from you potion is actually better than you think. you can always have 10% damage for you opening.

I disagree with sturdy energy. While fighting in a clump you just rely on Warhammer CC,fortify and shifting backwards. When fighting bosses striking damage hits are easy to dodge and slash/thrust attacks you can just block the last attack. Edit: disagree with stamina recovery on amulet tanks need empower too :(

Firmly see the conditionings as overrated here, except fire/ice. It requires you to take damage to trigger it, and it wears off quickly. The fastest runs will have dps running such low con, that if you get hit more than once in a short window you are dead - conditioning does nothing. Tanks might consider, but it's very unlikely to be needed, and damage type diversity usually devalues it on tanks. Shirking fort is much better for tanks. Stick to enchanted ward/health/refreshing or weapon perk on dps :). For ancients, with good clumping, empowering breaker can be straight BiS - you can cleave and hit other mobs while gaining empower. The only downside is if you are already hitting empower cap and that damage is wasted.

Sturdy energy is an F tier perk. It's absolutely useless. Have not met a tank that uses it in a single m3 group I've been in.
