One advantage I see with unicorn on the queen is when I add the warden to the queen charge he sometimes gets targeted and steals the healers. With the unicorn the queen continues to heal and is less likely to use ability before the healers switch back.

I use the unicorn on my king for hybrid (yak upgrading). But even when the yak comes back I think I'm going to put him with my queen. I feel like keeping the king alive on the outside works better than the yak pushing him into the base.

Unicorn on qc is good also in those cases where you need to start on an air defence, cause queen will get healed while you can't place the healers due to the air defence

Here's my combination. I messed up the building order. Only finally gemmed up level 1 pet house now. Need a couple more days to get the book of building and hammer to complete pet house.

I have to disagree Itzu. In sui lalo, yak should follow bk, because bk is usually ahead of yak, when bk dies, yak rages. There’s sui situations I did where bk dies, yak breaks 2-3 walls for aq. And for unicorn, in sui I use it with RC. Hear me out, imagine you blizz th+cc, sui a section with scatter/aq, then let’s say I use rc+uni for an inferno corner, then use an extra invis spell over it. Many times uni heals rc back up to 70-80%. And I can still protect them with freeze and rc ability. It’s not constantly moving like you see in other situations because by the time I send it it’s going after a corner inferno/ad or scatter/eagle, mostly higher hp defenses which makes rc stationary, and they aren’t getting flanked.

Meh. Been running hybrid with unicorn rc and she consistently survives the raid at full health with the uni still up.

I fully agree. I have two accounts and hit the same base in war with two different hero/pet combos, and the unicorn on the RC made me 3 star

This is how I naturally picked my pet assignments. Wall jumper with wall jumper. Wall breaker with king who gets stuck on walls too much. Healer on Queen to keep her up longer. Owl because everyone else gets the owl killed too soon.

I was terrible at lalo too, so I spent and an entire legend season using different variations of lalo. I'm much better now, though I still haven't mastered it.

You can also use unicorn for warden walk when you want warden to destroy that th might save one rage or freeze

Great vid, but is it just me or does it seem like the gap betwen th13 and 14 is the closest of any th level? Like, it's a lot easier for a th13 to triple a th14 than it is for a th12 to triple a th13? Maybe that's just because we haven't figured out all the tricks of th14 yet. hmm

No it's because supercell will release TH14 incrementally. There will be more levels of defenses and troops in the future updates and that will widen the gap. Just like they did with TH13.
