I lived on Oakview Rd. between Johnson and Centennial for 23 years. Safe neighborhood, not dreadfully expensive, well cared for, close enough to Oak Hollow to walk for the fireworks and be back home long before traffic cleared. I really enjoyed living there. I'd love to see downtown come to life (other than for market), but this isn't a bad place to live.

I live in Florida and sold my house because I got a promotion and relocation package to Greensboro. I won't be able to buy because my credit is bad due to being furloughed and my husband losing his job during COVID, therefore my credit is bad as I fell behind on credit card payments. I have great rental and mortgage payments history and I make 65k a year. And I need a home for June.
