I find it funny that every electric type introduced in gen 3 are lined up in numerical order in the national dex: 309 Electrike, 310 Manectric, 311 Plusle, and 312 Minun

Swellow is way better normal than slaking with guts boosted facade plus high speed.

@@Xatumi Swellow imo is better for actual usage in the game itself whilst Slaking is better for competitive scene but is not good in the games itself due to its ability truant, I think thats what the OP meant

Imo. Zangoose or vigoroth is a better pokemon due to slaking having truant. Zangoose can have status guts facade works great. And vigo learns some great moves and has vital spirit which can’t be slept on

Absol sucks gen three, sp dark as it’s only stab with a sp atk stat twice as small as its atk stat. The only coverage move it learns on lvl up is future sight for gods sake, it’s only purpose is if you get baton pass on it by breeding with a Mawile and using it to just sub/sword/pass into a usable Pokémon. I’m sure you liked it when it was on your team when you played as a kid but it’s just simply not even mid.

aggron is kinda meh with the weaknesses, with, double weaknesses to fighting and ground, and it's weak to water. It's good if the opponent doesn't have fighting/ground type moves, and the occasional water, but it's pretty ok with great defenses.

Truant is one of the worst ability in the game. Swellow is better not only for the ability (Guts) but also for hms (Fly) and stab moves like steel wing and return. He is also one of the fastest pokemon in the entire game. You can catch it easily as a Tailow between level 5-13. An A-tier pokemon in nuzlockes and competitively during its time.

Gardevoir is much much better than Metagross in the psychic department as the use of the typing is Gard's niche while metagross is used as physical attacker. Metagross is much fit in the steel type with Meteor Mash + Agility niche

Nah flying is 100% swellow. Have moveset be aerial ace, facade, and then water else really. Pre poison or burn him and go to work. Swellow has the ability guts which makes his attack stat OP with a staus condition. Power double with the move facade on TOP of the already higher stat from guts.

Altaria sucks. Learns dragon dance by learnup when dragon moves are special. So dragon breath or claw are pointless on it.
