Dr. Marc...do you have any advice for women with uterine prolapse 😢 is it possible this could affect my chances to conceive naturally? My obgyn never mentioned it would be an issue so I'm not sure. I had a Laparoscopy surgery yesterday to examine my pelvic area and to check if my tubes were free because I have tried getting pregnant for a very longtime. Thank you so much for this info. I had no idea about the position of my uterus & the most beneficial sexual position for it was even a factor in getting pregnant. From my experience from two pregnancies and one pregnancy was twins. The best position to get pregnant is the snail position. It's the position where you put your legs on his shoulders and he lifts your waist area. I have got pregnant like that twice, I usually do the snail position until I confirm that I am carrying. I like that position because his sperm don't come out and I can rest while it settles inside after he's completely off me.

I have a tipped/ tilted uterus, it’s crazy how no one talks about positioning to get pregnant especially if your spouse has low motility. He had varicocele surgery 2 years ago but we still haven’t achieved a pregnancy. Here’s hoping :)

My doctor said I have a tilted uterus and never brought up a position that would be better. I also had endometriosis removed 3 years ago. Then I had HDG test done and that’s when my doctor said my cervix has to small of an opening and she believes that’s why I can’t get pregnant naturally.

@@MarcSklarTheFertilityExpert We got pregnant, yeahhh! At my last ultrasound, June 29, I was told my womb was anteverted, oops! I was told it was retroverted several years ago, by an entirely different GYN and in another country, I'm in US. Fast forward to July 2020 we started our 1st official baby dance on cycle days 10-21. On cycle days 12-15 (prime & peak days) we baby danced every single morning, (4 days in a row). We baby danced every other day on CD 17- 21. Based on the advice you gave on sex position and knowing that my womb is anteverted we did variations of missionary and side-ways penetration, with preseed fertility lubricant. Aug 3-I missed my period, several positive home pregnancy tests later, I am now considered 4 week + pregnant. Thank you for sharing practical tips on ways to get pregnant, I applied what I could to our union, and thankfully it worked. Stay blessed.

Practical expression I think explains more easily to make we learners pick the lesson more easily than using speaking. Dr even the statements moves very fast, that a person who is not accurate in his/her sight can't pick anything making the lesson not useful yet it is very important coz we face many challenges in getting pregnant, may any of your advice would be very important to us. So Dr please try to apply teaching aid for this topic, it is very important.

Amanda Reh he said that you can find out the position of your uterus by doing an ultrasound.

We have been trying for 10 months and I feel like I could cry after watching this video. I feel so educated about this topic now, and ever since my doctor said “op, your cervix is hiding from us” I always wondered if I needed to be taking that into consideration. I was told my uterus was tilted back. I had a fertility massage back in March 2018 and I got pregnant December 2018 and miscarried Jan 2019. I had another massage done last week so hopefully I’ll get pregnant again with my rainbow baby!
