I play mainly Tom Clancy's The Division (Ubisoft) I played since 1.0 all the way to current 1.6 (1.6.1) patch.
I love to use Sniper, specially One Shot One Kill but I also play meta builds. Im a member of ETF (Elite Task Force Alpha)
Builds I played: Sentry, Pistol build, Striker, Highend, HEXOTIC; Nomad, Predators mark, tactician, lone star, final measure, alphabridge, banshee, deadeye, firecrest & reclaimer.
Most of the time I play as rogue and go Manhunt #RogueLife but sometimes the other rogues get rekt. PVP (multiplayer) is my main focus as I just said I also like to make builds, sometimes they turn the meta.

I started to run this build on the 2nd day of the GE event when i got the Classified Two gearsets kneepad and holster .. Nothing new but great build , Try this one also .. 3 alpha , 2 banshee and a ninja .. 4th talent and extra 10% damage , Loving this build too !

It was my first idea since I heard about the classified sets only diferents I use rapid chest in solo and still have crit chance on gloves, but if I get same good barret I would go the same 5% dmg with one skill in cd better and you can go skill haist on gloves.

I know it's the most common ninjabike build but man it works: 2pc pred 2pc banshee 1 pc tac Run overdose and pulse or heal station. Stack adept. I wouldn't say it's the absolute best but it melts with only 6000 firearms.

With that low ping you can melt in the any build, even in the purple gear. Look at your enemies, they are moving smoothly and slowly, not strafing at crazy speed if your ping is too high.

How is it that you can move and shoot so soon after getting shocked by a turret? I have shock resist on all my pvp gear and it still takes a couple of seconds before I can move again. You're shocked for like half a second.

My bulid is just like yours but I have classified final measure mask classified deadeye kneepads lonestar holster and I have skill power on backpack and i didn't spec into stam so it's around 2800 and 8440 firearms and 194 skill power and I use barrets

Widdz I thought critical save only procs on medkit use in the last bar. So doesn't critical save work again refreshed? Bc you will want to use your heal to use refreshed. You can choose one or the other but you can't have both unless you use one amd get melted back into the last bar of health only to use the other one then. That's about the only way both CA be active I believe.

Refreshed works for any heal in the last bar, so he uses a heal first which combined with barretts and strike back heals and armors him while dropping his pulse/signatures cooldown. then if he reaches one segment again and has no heal he uses a medkit activating critical save and refreshed and strike back which lets him get his heal back and the cycle starts again. Booster shot makes this much better but barretts is his replacement for it.

Normal Commenter I don't think medkits use refreshed. Using a medkit heals you the same whether having refreshed or not. Unless they fixed this in 1.7 which I doubt bc it's been like that for a while. When you see him use a medkit and it heals for more than normal it's bc he uses canned food which is awesome. It gives you 40% stronger heals for 30 seconds

I don't understand because I have a build almost exactly like that and I still can't melt like you :\ :( but besides that, funnily enough I tried using the historian and honestly it's a bit trash but it's an absolute blast, try making a deadeye build with it just for fun Also I need to get new guns for better talents and I get like 43 caches at one point and open them, sometimes I even go into survival lol, any tips on where or what to grind?

Because he uses a aimbot. Shit player, fooling everyone with a shitty build. If you run a hidden aimbot almost every build will shred, snapping left and right and never miss a shot straight to the head. There are good players and theres widdz.
