You say baking POWDER in the video, but written instructions say baking SODA. Which one is correct?

You should add both baking powder, baking soda and instant yeast . The trio for the success of the batter. And the ingredients are in description box under the video

I have active yeast only. I know I have to give it 5-10 minutes to activate. How long do I let it rest for after incorporating the yeast with the rest of dough mixture in the blender?

@@jacquelinesaldana4773 you can let it rest for 10 minutes if you’re using active yeast. Cook on medium to low heat. The pan should be non stick and no oil needed for the pan.

I noticed other qatayef recipes require for the dough to rest from 30 to 1 hr and same ingredients are used just different measurements. Why yours doesn’t? What’s the logic behind it?
