Even as a Steelers fan, I always had a lot of respect and admiration for Troy Aikman. That guy was a winner and represented everything a quarterback should strive to be, stats be damned. Because everything Troy said at 3:32 was spot on, and it’s what the Cowboys have been missing since the late 90s: a guy with leadership, someone that didn’t accept mediocrity, hated losing, and wasn’t afraid to call out any of his teammates for poor performances.

@@gutenbird Where do you get your information? I've followed Peyton since he was a kid. I've caught passes from his legendary dad, Archie. From ALL accounts, Peyton is a GOOD man. I can't say he's always "nice," but "nice" is not necessary when you're trying to lead teams to Super Bowls. Peyton is still married to his high-school sweetheart. There has never been one indication of infidelity. He's never been in the news for bad things, like so many other NFL stars. Peyton does commercials for companies like Papa Johns and DirecTV. He drives a Suburban. His family loves him and he's a great husband and dad by all indications. So...please, mr gutenbird...where do you get your information that Peyton Manning is "not a nice guy?"

@@jakemitchell1671 he’s got a great image. Lots of people do. Did you ever do any research on the sexual harassment at Tennessee? And I’m not talking at the incident itself but what Peyton and his daddy did to the woman when it fame out. How they got her fired and how they then wrote a book about it an got sued for libel? They crapped all over this poor woman to protect Peyton’s fake reputation but even his own teammate turned on Peyton. Also, this wasn’t his only rodeo.
