First time I've seen ideology define your race. Imma Rebel human! Roar! I wish they made race the base template for a character, that couldn't change but you could change your class.

I'm currently using tiefling for my rogue, as I though the 'below 50%' passive was fitting for an assassin.

I still use gith on my rogue. I like the look and it's easy enough to build around the 5% combat advantage. For my fighter I use human. the 1% to every stat is pretty useful for tanks in my opinion.

This makes me think about the following: some races (as well as classes) should also at least be considered for reworking in the future as it ends up looking like some of them currently appear to be weaker than others. I don't know to what extent this might be viable or not.

I've never thought that me choosing drow for my tank and cleric back in 2014 is going to be a mainstream in the future :D It's feels kinda weird that drow elfs are getting lots of attention lately especially with all those irl dnd adventure module sets.

On warlock dps i always found myself struggling to get the ca, so i think if u wanna go dps gith is just too good. Btw warlocks even if u r dps use the debuff armor piece and stay close to boss, not in every group u will have a bard or other warlock, especially the one who stays close enough all the time

Hey Aragon great video, thanks. But I think the best race for the Warlock, for personal buff, is the Gith because the Warlock has Critical Strike in Forte and therefore can cap CS easily.. That being said, my Warlock is human male because I like how he looks.

The renegade doesn’t get 5% offensive stats he gets 3% reduction to the defense and 3% reduction to the damage so it gets a total of 6% unless you’re talking about you know the 5% die deflect severely choose that class for that reason, but 5% lower defense on the droughtthat’s probably the best choice if you’re looking for team benefit, maybe unless you’re playing a tank as a renegade then having 3% lower defense for everybody and 3% less damage hitting you if you’re tanking the boss that might be nice

We should just make Tank Renegade drow and Heal Drow. Bard should be Assimar since with max debuff capping outgoing healing is a hard task. Warlock just go Drow as they are dps and heal with next patch that way if you are a bard you just grab a warlock.

With Drow being Darkfire and Menzo Drow being Faerie Fire, as in Darkpact and Feypact, it's like even in lore the devs decided Drow have replaced Tieflings as the Warlock race. 😂

@-Saitama no way a bard dealing more dps than my warlock. Bards are great when it comes to healing, but they are the worst dps class when it comes to dealing damage.

@@caynikyou haven’t run with those few Bard dpsers who really know what they’re doing with this class. They can beat other dps classes, and now with the Mirage weapons…. Yeah, they are crazy on dmg. They are the best in self buff for extra dmg on next encounters or next attacks to enemies! They are also best in buffing other Allies and healing too. But if the patch for Healock coming through on next Tuesday, Healock is gonna be very in favor or aka Meta. Lmao we will start seeing ppl posting on zones LF Healock for mdwp or mTrials, and Dc healers will be called trash or be ignored by those who host queues! 😂

Race does one big thing off the top of my head: the debuffs. Drow debuffs on hit (DPS and Healer) and Tiefling debuffs on getting hit (Tank), and those are free races. 🤑

for tanking damage: dwarf, dragonborn or Aasimar for team support: drow, renegade drow

if you want to mainly play as damage dealer, yup great choices. I would go dragonborn, as in endgame, you'll get a lot of combat advantage, especially with the new Enchanted Bregan armor piece with +18%

Depends what you want to play?! Recently Rogue - Gith Wizard - Drow/Renegades Drow Warlock - Drow/Tiefing Ranger - Gith/Wood Elf The other 3 aren't really important If you can't handle them. But besides that i would in the actually Meta/better of class. Rather pick either Rogue/Warlock/Ranger one of them tbh. Hope that was helpful! (You also can translate it) Have a good day! 🫣✌️

I think racials should not matter. Why should a dwarf not be able to be a ranger doing the same dmg as one of the best races for dps. Racials are an outdated concept and should be flavor only or cosmetic. If a game is truly RPG then my choice doesnt need to define my power, utility sure, but not power.

i think this racial specific stuff is based on D&D and they have to have it because it is a D&D game am i right?? i am not sure, i think they can not change it much base on D&D rules and regulations, can they change it if they want to?? personally i much prefer no racial specific stuff at all, let people play with whatever they want, i play half elf warlock and i am doing fine.

if you don't have gith unlocked, use Wood Elf. Healers and tanks will usually use Drow
