I love this Radio. So clean looks perfect, good resolution. Connecting to apple carplay, is so easy. Doesn’t matter if the car is in motion, someone else is connected, it just kicks them off and puts you in charge instantly. Fucking slick. Im not changing my dd ever. 2015 Camaro. Unless they really release a fully self driving car. But I bet aftermarketer’s will release it one day anyways.

I would not have chosen a stereo like that but after watching your video, I would. I love using Apple CarPlay, you are right, those cords get on my nerves. I made a video also. It is a short one but shows what I did to my 2012 Camaro. I installed a Kenwood stereo with Apple CarPlay and a backup camera that connects to a phone with a cord. I like it but get frustrated with the cord. I give your video a thumbs up.

Hey when I turn on KZfaq or google maps, the system freezes and it needs to be constantly restarted. How to repair it? It doesn’t work properly. Maybe you have got some update. My navi Janosik doesnt work, if i write address it begin to blink and i have to restart system all the time.I cannot enter a route destination and drive to my destination. What could be the reason?

Yeah the gauges underneath still stay. Don’t even worry about it. Super easy to install. Recommend another person, just as a set of hands you know.

How wide angle is back up camera. ? Can you just not hook up speed wire and have back up camera on while driving like rear view lol Blazer has an almost 180° rear view option. Great for seeing cars or people coming from side in parking lot

You control it with an APP once the install is finished.. 11:00 mark, Blue icon, upper right hand corner. He'll hit the button and then open the A/C App. Where to now? Amazon to ask questions about speakers?

Yes they have it on the the radio and in between the lock and unlock is the hazard lights button

I'm considering this Stereo but only because I want to install a sound system and the stock screen/head unit doesn't have audio inputs to connect to amplifiers. Does anyone know if this is compatible with the stock backup camera and Mylink apps that already exist ? I have the 2SS. Also I'm little hesitant on removing the center console as it has oil, transmission temp & level gauges under the stock touch screen.

For the sound system, you can install a adapter in the trunk and then just use the aux cord.

I had a 2011 Camaro I bought it with 17k miles & recently sold it at 110k miles & I never had any issues besides the basic maintenance. Only thing I had to replace were spark plugs & a thermostat. The car at 110k miles ran strong still like it did when it had 40k miles. With all that being said I raced the car pretty often & abused it a bit so I'd say they hold up pretty well from my experience. Just got me 2017 Camaro SS by the way. #CamaroGang

The 2SS/2LT and ZL1 trims don't have a CD player from factory since 2013 I believe. That's when Chevy added the MyLink system

It has a Manual mode for the paddle shifters in my 5th Gen I believe 6th gens have a sport track and other modes

Yeah my 14 Camaro RS has sport mode and paddle shifters. You shift it in M mode and hold the up paddle shifter till it shows a S on the dash.

Yeah I have one, it's preprogrammed to do everything your factory radio would have done. Everything works perfectly
