All things considered, if Bret Iwren should retire, Brian should "fill in for the boss" (voice Mickey). Maybe replace Tony Alsmatto in voicing Donald if he retires too. Fun fact: In Disney's history, voicing Mickey has been known as "filling in for the boss", because Disney himself voiced the mouse until smoking left him without a tenor voice, so Jimmy MacDonald (I think) had to replace him.
