If you're whispering into your mike close enough to still peak the audio, that isn't ASMR, it's ASS (Spelled exactly like that). But if it's something nice, and not ear destroying, I'm down as long as the ambience and reverb (I mean natural reverb, happens with all electronic equipment for recording sound) isn't too loud.

He had plenty of troubles his first playthrough but quickly adapted. I think he has the World Record right now. He definitely had an advantage though cause he was more used to the physics.

If this was regular SMW physics he would have had a harder time I think but Kosmic realized that it's just SMB1 physics and just went into autopilot

I mean, the falling floor trick came straight from Cat Mario, so people may have played it even if it was made by someone else. But then again, CM *also* has checkpoints and different levels instead of one really long, Getting Over It-like level.

You know what the worst part is? People actually continue to make troll levels in Mario Maker because they were inspired by CarlSagan when Mario Maker was getting popular. Since then the trolling has gotten to the point where people find it impossible to have fun. I remember when Barb quitted Mario Maker because he just got so fed up of the trolling, I can't really blame him because even though Mario Maker 2 is not a bad game it was ruined by people who don't know how to make levels and the fact that trolling reached a new level its not as funny as it used to be. I know this probably should've not be taken this seriously, but its the reason why many people are kinda giving up on Mario Maker these days.

Carl's levels are NOT thought of as good or used for inspiration in the troll level community ~ they are, infact, not even considered troll levels by most. The origins of "troll" levels was originally from the kinds of garbage levels that a lot of new creators made in MM1 - levels designed to be unfair and punishing, tricking players for the creators amusement, yes. However, the community has changed and learned since then, and modern "troll" levels - at least, the good ones - are designed with entertainment in mind. They're still intended to trick and "troll" the players, but not in a malicious way - the primary intention is to be funny for the people PLAYING, unlike the original garbage levels that were made entirely with the creator's entertainment in mind. There's literally entire guides dedicated to it. I'd hope that if you watch normal carl videos - of those well made "troll" levels - you'd understand that better. A lot of the confusion comes from people who're not heavily involved in the community calling levels "troll" levels, despite the levels being nothing like what the community actually considers to be good "trolls" now. Sadly carl himself sometimes contributes to that confusion. As for barb, I don't know the full story, but I do know he hated all "troll" levels, the garbage and the good. That's okay, they're certainly not for everyone - but barb played viewer levels, and many people watching enjoyed sending him things that he hated - and mostly the bad ones, because people involved in the good "troll" community respected his views and did not send him their levels. And for "ruining mario maker"... that's pretty subjective. For many in the "troll" community, good troll levels are the only reason they're playing the game, and it's those levels that MAKE it interesting for them. They're certainly not "giving up on mario maker". There's many issues with mario maker and it's communities, but good "troll" levels certainly aren't a big cause of people "giving up" on it.

@@SoraFan23 Also, as a bit of evidence, If you take a look around at mario maker streamers (and to a lesser extent, youtubers), you'll find many who enjoy playing good troll levels, and some who ONLY play them. Carl, Defender Freek&Geek, are several easy ones to name. Although the enjoyment can be confusing and not always apparent, you gotta realise that if they DIDN'T enjoy them, they just wouldn't be playing them.
