It might look like that but not entirely true. She's very picky but oftentimes fails to see the potential of contestants. She's looking for vocal perfection more than raw talent. And when she does get really good voices on her team she fails to make them shine, she chooses songs for them that don't fit their voices and personnalites at all, thus they rarely win. Some of the other judges over the time have taken some imperfect voices and worked with them, chose the best songs to fit them to a point than actually made them win or brought them very close to finals. What I'm trying to say is that she lacks vision.
