this list is so incorrect usher should’ve been higher, especially during 2005. he had the best selling album of that year. beyoncé should’ve been on the list more frequently but she doesn’t update her RIAA certifications. she should’ve in there late 2013 (BEYONCÉ was the fastest selling album in itunes history, selling 80,000 copies in 3 hours) and the entire 2016 (Lemonade was the best selling album globally of that year).
