When I faced hairfall, I followed all these to successfully reduce it: Incorporate scalp massage into your routine. Do not use hot water when rinsing your hair. Protect your hair from excessive sweat. Use a wide tooth neem wood comb to brush out wet hair. Reduce your sugar and unhealthy food intake. Use gentle hairfall control shampoo and oil like littleeextra cocconion. Nurture a positive mindset for overall well-being.

I've been able to grow my hair back with liittleextra reactivate hair growth serum. Taken a three-month apart. First one in Jan, second in March. It's important to apply the serum directly to the scalp and massage into skin with very firm pressure. Avoid pull on your hair. The hair coming in seems to be good quality. I have less hair fall overall. I use it at night, the serum does not make your hair sticky, but you only need a few drops to work - less is more. Additionally, switched pillows cases to satin so that sleep is easier on my hair.
