Today we are having one of the best soup dumplings and hand-pulled noodles in New Jersey. We are going to explore 3 local Asian (Chinese) contemporary restaurants.
1) We are visiting a local spot - Dumpling Town - located in 775 US-1, Edison, NJ 08817. We ordered Beef Noodles with Signature Spicy Soup (price $11.50) and Pork, Shrimp, and Chives Dumplings (Price $9).
2) Our second spot is Shanghai Dumpling House (1581 NJ-27, Edison, NJ 08817). They have the best Shanghai soup dumplings and juicy buns - Crab Meat and Pork Steam Buns, Vegetable Steam Dumplings, - Beef Noodle Soup, Shanghai Rice balls and much more. We ordered Pork Steamed Juicy Buns (Price $5.50). These very delicious soup steamed dumplings are the best that can be found outside of Shanghai or Hong Kong!
3) And our final stop is KULU Desserts - located in 775 US-1, Edison, NJ 08817. They are famous for Asian Fusion Desserts, such as Hong Kong style Sweet Soups, combination of ice cream, fresh fruits, pudding, and herbal jelly. We ordered Mango Pomelo Grass Jelly (price $8.95)
