I bought two after watching your review and they're just great. I peg one to a guy line on my tent so I don't trip over the rope at night and the other is for everywhere else while camping. Thanks for the review.

For those of you wondering... on Amazon it states "7 hours to fully charge it in direct sun, and lasts up to 12 hours on a single charge." I would assume that the 12 hour rating is for either the flash mode or low power mode.

Love the Luci. I want at least 4 more. Perhaps even a frosted model or 2 for less bright light in the evening inside my camper van. Try the original and see what you think.

based on a charge of X hours , how many hours of light do you get etc ?

+carforumwanker I am not sure because we leave the light in the shower where there is a skylight to charge it while we travel. We put the light outside when we get to where we camp. It charges even on a cloudy day and continues to put out light until we go to be around midnight. It has been working well for almost a year now. We love the light.
