That is sad and none of the boys noticed during the song, but at the end I think they saw him facing away

I'm pretty sure Liam noticed, well at least before the others. He was helping Harry to the railing of the lift at the end so Harry could hold himself up. And I'm pretty sure Louis and Zayn caught on at the end, because they kept looking at him worriedly while they were on the lift.

Whoah, that was scary! Harry looked like he was in so much pain. Especially at the end when they got up the ramps to the lift. He had to lean on the rail to hold himself up. I'm glad it was nothing serious but that's got to be a little scary. I know he's really too young to have a heart attack, but hopefully he doesn't have some heart problem or something, hopefully he got that checked out by a cardiologist. I mean Stephen Gately was pretty young when he died (not as young as Harry is now but still pretty young) and nor he or anyone else ever knew he had a heart problem until it was too late. Those sorts of problems can occur to anyone, no matter how young you are.

Yeah they noticed. Liam was helping Harry get to the railing and Zayn and Louie were looking over at him. Only Niall seemed oblivious to what was going on.
