Welcome to Charlotte glad folks showed you our southern hospitality. Prices are good. Just not a big fan of Bojangles it's just too greasy. I usually get my chicken from this small restaurant called US Fried Chicken..Not much to look at on the outside but, omg its so good..

Grew up with both. Bojangle's original location on West Blvd was an old gas station. They were known for biscuits before the chicken caught on. Huge sausage biscuits the size of hamburgers. And HOT!! Light you right up. Price's is much tamer. You gotta bring your own Texas Pete, salt and pepper, pepper sauce cause it needs help. The liver and gizzards are stellar. Wash all that down with - only three true Charlotte choices - Cheerwine, Sundrop, Sweet Tea. Well Pepsi has got to be in there. Great vlog Mister!!

They need to have more privately owned small business fried chicken places like that here in FL. Where I live we have like 10 fried chicken places and they are all corporate. That's some beautiful looking fried chicken, awesome that they give the livers and gizzards too. You cant get those any where around here any more.

Bojangles used to offer mild or spicy way back in the day. I remember my dad always wanting the mild stuff while us kids wanted spicy lol. Anyway... SO jealous that you got to go to Price's. Really want to try them out! Looks so damn good.

I like super thick breading. My favorite fried chicken is publix spicy fried chicken so yum. Its a grocery chain in Florida but it's been expanding for a couple years. I'm pretty sure there's one in charlotte.

KFC is overhyped and its staffs are lazy, they fried chicken pieces in huge batch then they sell them for the whole day! Often I ordered from KFC I get lukewarm chicken pieces. Such is the pathetic standard KFC has deteriorated to today! I already boycotted KFC and only eat fried chicken from hawker centres in Singapore.

Randomly came across this video and what do you know? This is my hometown. I grew up to Price's and their chicken are good and they offer some prestigious sides. But.. I secretly, kind of know of a place in Rock hill that has better chicken 😊

Gods i'm so glad i finally have a frame of reference for what you mean when you say "lot of spice". I've been wondering if you're a beast beyond me or if like we're kinda even, and I think probably i'm just a tiny bit behind on that but not as bad as i was expecting! That said, if you want some genuinely spicy hot wings, go trying Krystal's hot wings. They don't seem like they'd be anything to sneeze at at first, but it's this slow burn that builds the more you eat them and I'm not the hugest fan of that cause i like to eat real fast (and then it all hits me at once D: ) but it'd be cool to see your take on their small food if you haven't had it before.

It's cool you came to my state. Been watching your videos a long time and just found this video. I live near Raleigh and have been to Charlotte only twice. One day I'll have to visit Price's. Until then Bojangles (and every once in a while Smithfield's) is the only fried chicken I eat. Btw I'm glad you tried the gizzards and livers. Most people wont try it unless they grew up in the south eating it.

one of the things I miss about Charlotte NC.... that place is everything. there used to be a skateshop down the street from there called Blacksheep. Oh and food truck Friday is life there.
