Method of preparation:
1. In a separate bowl add flour 280 grams, sugar 140 grams, leavening agent 6 grams, salt 1/2 teaspoon. Stir.
2. Dice 200 grams of cold butter and add to the mixture. Use your hands to gradually crumble the filling.
3. Add 2 egg yolks and continue to crumble with your hands.
4. Divide the dough into 2 parts (1/3 part for the top of the pie, 2\3 parts for the base of the pie).
5. Grease the mold with oil to prevent the pie from sticking. Spread 2/3 of the dough evenly on the bottom and put it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes with the rest of the dough.
6. Wash 500 grams of strawberries and cut into small pieces.
7. In the strawberries add starch 2 tablespoons, lemon zest 1 /2 teaspoon and wish sugar 45 grams. Stir.
8. Take the mold with dough out of the refrigerator and put the strawberry mixture. Spread the remaining 1/3 of the dough on top.
