Hi Bridgitte, Hope you are doing well. Excellent video they keep getting better. I had the Pandan cake when I had my one of many layovers in Dubai thanks to Emirates , there is a Bakery/ Restaurant on JBR near the Ritz Carlton and Rixos hotel it was yummy. The next time you are at Bengawan Solo in Singapore, you should also try their traditional Malaysian-style snacks, like Ongol Ubi (yellow cassava cake with coconut), kueh lapis (cake with multiple layers) and kueh talam. Also, their birthday and celebration cakes generally set the standard for good cake in the country. Only thing I would avoid is their cookies; they’re are pretty average in my opinion, you are better off buying those in Europe or America whilst on layover.
