The carrots we cooked are simply Roasted in oil and salt for almost an hour, then roast for 5 minutes in fennel seeds and chilli flakes. Sprinkle with fresh green herbs (almost any will do) and dollops of cream cheeze here and there

We couldnt recommend the Electronics enough, and were supplied by Ecotree Lithium ecotreelithium... We will give a full honest review in the coming weeks, in exchange for the product being gifted on a PR Sample Basis
The new hatch on the roof of the campervan is a SkyMaxx, bit of a game changer for us, and comes in two sizes, compatible with roof thicknesses 23-60mm. Here is a link with locations to find one yourself leisurevehicle... We got this as a PR sample, and are really impressed so far
The lighting on top of the van is supplied by AuxBeam and we love them, including that light-bar that is all operated by a switch panel and bluetooth. Here is a link auxbeam.com/
Our extremely comfortable duvet & pillows came from our friends at Duvet Hog, which are vegan and made of recycled materials. We have used them in our previous van and honestly is the comfirst bedding we have ever bought. PR Sample duvethog.co.uk...
Our mattress came from a company that do awesome made-to-fit mattresses for campervans (and houses). The company is called Custom Size Beds customsizebeds...
The Woodburner is from Outbacker Stoves
The Fridge is a 130l Webasto, and is really good so far, once again will let you know more in coming weeks

The love I felt in this video was amazing, it made me cry. My very large group of friends did similar. We had a picnic/barbecue in our beautiful stately Park. We stayed till dark on the solstice eve singing songs, laughing and eating. This week some of us will be wild camping together in another area. Freedom and love keeps us human x

Your video was awesome. I had a tear in my eye at the end after your speech about new beginnings and how you’ve grown closer as a couple through trials and tribulations. It made me reflect on my past year and the changes I have embraced the main one becoming a grandmother at the age of 45 and falling completely in love with my grandson and watching my daughter flourish into a beautiful young mother. Each time you post, it gets better and better! I love traveling around with you, even if it is just by watching as a bystander. My husband is disabled, and I with my own set of orthopedic issues, and yet I can travel vicariously through your adventures. Thanks both. I look forward to your videos and am already excited for Wednesday. One thing...I sure wish you had a little dog to join in the fun with you. Our Lucy, an amazing York-Chon (1/2 Yorkie, 1/2 Bichon Frise) is so incredibly smart and loving. She was crate trained when we got her at only two months old, house broken at three months old. We absolutely adore her. (Keep in mind if you do get a puppy one day, that they do need to go out at all hours when they are young, still so incredibly worth it.) I see the way Janine always notices the doggos during your travels. While they do require some work, the love of a dog is like no other. Just my two cents. Enjoy both, looking forward to Wednesday! Cheers!

Beatrix Potter I shared with my daughter and now her daughter. I have bought several tea cups to books and of course a stuffed Rabit. How I would love to have been there, but this is fabulous. So, looks magical. How beutiful the doll house. What a beautiful experience. Jenne has the keeness for find a coffee place. I am not a vegan but with all your video’s I am changing my eating to what I love to be healthy. I thought being a vegan was extremely difficult in traveling. But watching your choices when you are out and about and Jenne’s toast with beans is going to be a make this week for me. Your travels and postings with so much of the history and care of where you go is so appreciated.

Your adventures are so varied, castles, wild swimming, and a prehistoric stone circle! I loved the beardman, really cool. That was one of the loveliest videos I've seen lately, as soon as my van is fixed I want to visit the lake district, what a beautiful place. Watched this fantastic video a day late,cos for the first time in many years I had visitors to my home.Struggling with depression,heartbreak, and physical disabilities, but, with the help of daily self hypnosis, mindfulness and affirmations I am definitely in a much better place.Your videos are truly wonderful, outstanding, and always make me laugh or cry! You're such beautiful,loving, joyful, positive people! You were SO lucky to see inside Beatrix Potter’s house. On the one occasion we got there, an unannounced National Trust meeting was taking place and we were turned away, together with Japanese and American tourists whose dream it had been to get there and who would never have the chance again. So thanks for showing us round xx

Ahh thanks for taking us with you to see Beatrix Potter’s house! I used to love her books as a kid, they made me so happy..I just turned 30 a few weeks ago and it just made me think I haven’t felt that kind of happiness in such a long time. I have to admit, I had a bit of a cry. Nostalgia is so bittersweet. 🥺💚

Thank you for this guys, brings back fab memories of my time there over 30 years ago as a young New Zealand backpacker, remember rowing out on these boats on lake Windermere after a few pints and tipping over, lots of laughs, also us Kiwi kids were brought up on Beatrix Potter, kids were in the in crowd if you had the BP plates, cutlery etc 😄

I went to New York a long time ago and there was an expo about Beatrix Potter and his work that i enjoy very much. Do you know what, I watched this twice it was so good. The spectacular views, Beatrix Potters house, the cuisine, the pretty villages. To see the solstice ceremony meant a great deal to me. I have celebrated 21st June for as long as I can remember. I’m unable to attend this year so being able to see through your eyes the observance and celebrations of the longest day was really appreciated, thank you, Liam, Janine and Morgan.

I have to say you are not the only people I know that have not realised what they are missing not visiting the lakes... The place is special, has a unique feel to it that changes during the seasons, visit late october/November and places you have visited in summer look totally different... I forgot to congratulate you on getting to the peak of Scarfell pike... Love these longer videos and the two uploads are very welcome... Keep up the great work...

Loved Beatrice Potters house😍I have been intermittent fasting for over a year now and stomach issues that no doctor could diagnose have disappeared ….turns out my body just needed a break….and I did lose a couple extra pounds😜 Great video and Morgan looks great.

I've been fasting 24 hrs everyday since June 7th...I only eat once a day at 5pm. I've lost 20 lbs already!!! Eating healthier and walking everyday. It's really not that hard to "fast". You just have to set your mind to it. The benefits are great.

The Lake District is a World Heritage site and needs protecting at all cost. Hence the reason for strict control on parking etc. It truly is beautiful.

The Solstice was So hot this year & especially magical Cos I went upto Nine Ladies,its an Energy Circle of Stones,I went with a friend,there Was a lovely vibe & I m so glad I went,its not too far from Bakewell..... my husband grew up in the lake district and did a lot of his geology uni work round the lakes so i keep nudging him as i watch when you guys go to each location as im not a northerner like him its just so pretty.

Amazing ! Looks like you’ve both had a wonderful few days exploring the lakes, when you live here sometimes you can take it all for granted , but watching your great video has made me realise what a beautiful part of the country it really is and how lucky we are. I just need to finish off my camper conversion so we can start enjoying it again. I’ve been delivering to a building site at far sawrey over the past few days and it is stunning down that way for sure 👍 ☀️

Beautiful Vid! I’m a huge fan of the outdoors, and the summer solstice is such a special part of the year hey! We watched the sun go down along the coastal path from St Agnes Beacon in Cornwall, we are so blessed to live just 15 mins away!
