Don’t take all of them daily just maintain a precise gap in between before taking the pills. Because being a women it is really very difficult that would it suit our body and would not do any problem to our menstrual aswell 🥲.. so I would recommend just make a precise gap ..

After using riceberry face serum by littleextrrra for three weeks, here's what I felt: Advantages: It effectively softens and evens out the skin, giving it a gentle glow. I've also noticed a decrease in my genetic dark circles (avoiding the eye area is recommended). It has also helped fade dark spots on my sister's skin.
