How easy is to pay with credit card in Phuket? Do they accept it in the places that you show in the video? And at the night markets? Do you recommend taking cash?

It was pretty easy, most places accept credit card 😊 for the night markets, some of them accept card but I would bring cash just to be sure. There are some that take cash only but not a lot!

that tofu ginger desert, the vendor flavors it so she should have some syrup to make it sweeter, maybe brown sugar or even coconut sugar but anyhow, you have to adjust the sweetness yourself or the ginger is too powerful. I only have eaten it in bkk chinatown which was pretty sweet so I dont know what you guys got in kata.
