A HUGE advantage of a variable speed unit is the ability to do active zones.

I’ve had two Trane Heat pumps in my new home built 14 years ago and never again. They cost too much and they are troublesome and costly. Never again.

Too bad my xi20 vibrates so bad it shake things in the house. Only been 2 months since install still fighting to get this problem fixed. Not pleased with their response.
