Hi my father GFR is 9.39 ml. Should we go for dialysis ? His serum creatinine is 6.02 ml. Serum phosphate is 4.3 mg/dL. Serum albumin is 3.0 g/dL. Serum calcium (total) is 8.7 mg/dL. Please guide.

Sir....Sare test krwae the...1 sal pehle....Sab normal the...urine...kft....ultrasound....3 sal se peshab me jhaag bante hain....Jo 2 3 minutes me dissolve ho jate hain khud...agar unhe touch krdo to within second dissolve ho jate hain....mostly subah aate hain....agar khoob pani piyu to poore din nahi aate....ya ek 2 baar aate hain....lekin clear tab within seconds ho jate hain....Smjh nahi aa rha ye protein hai ya normal

Urine Routine test krva lo ₹100/- ka test hai agar Albumin NIL aye toh aap normal ho aur agar ++++ aaye toh protein loss ho rha hai matlab kidney ki problem hai

@@pcom9209 sir ji agar aap CKD patient hai aur kidney ki dava dhoond rhe hai toh aap sirf apna time waste kr rhe ho ....kidney failure ki koi bhi medicine nahi hai aur ye sach hai hi jeetni jaldi samaj jao gaye toh badiya rho gaye... Dialysis ko waste management bolo ya kuch bhi treatment sirf wo hi hai...dekha jaye toh original kidney bhi toh waste management hi kr rhi hai but wo natural ho rha hai body ke andar aur jab wo kaam nahi kr rhi toh wo artificially karvana hoga dialysis machine se ....agar aap iski davai dhoonte rho gye toh aur bimaar rho gaye kisi bhi ayurveda, homeopathy naturopathy me iska ilaaj nahi hai ye log sirf bade bade daave krte hai but reality me 100% kidney koi theek nahi hoti .... कुछ नहीं होता, सब लुटा कर लास्ट में dialysis या transplant पर ही आना है हालांकि तब तक शरीर के और अंग भी चटनी चूर्ण खाकर खराब कर लोगे फिर transplant के लायक भी नहीं बचोगे .
