It has now been over a month and 7 days, and I have yet to receive my order. After the initial delay, I was assured that the tyres would be delivered by May 30, and that tracking details would be provided. None of these promises have been fulfilled. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I demand an immediate resolution to this issue. Provide me with the tracking details and a concrete delivery date without further delay. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 12 hours, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further. This experience has been extremely frustrating and has severely impacted my plans. I expect prompt action to rectify this situation.
