There are several things to consider when choosing an unlimited data plan in 2023. First, make sure the carrier you want to switch to has good coverage where you live. Focus on good 4G LTE, as mid-band and high-band 5G still aren't widely available.
Next, read the fine print on the unlimited data plan you're interested in. Is unlimited really unlimited, or is there a high-speed data cap? Most unlimited plans throttle your speeds after you've used a certain amount of data.
Then, figure out how many lines you'll need. While the best unlimited data plans of 2023 are expensive for 1 line, you can typically lower the monthly cost when you add 2 or more lines to your plan.

It's time to update your recommendations: Visible just sent a message saying they're changing their network and I must buy a new phone. They're pushing Google Pixels but I can't find information on their glitchy app about how long the existing network will remain up or whether my other phone is compatible with their new network.

Question for anyone who reads this: I'm having a REALLY hard time finding a plan that offers a phone AND a second line for a tablet with enough data that I can get rid of Spectrum Time Warner internet ($84.99 a month). I live in LA and neither Verizon or AT&T have internet coverage here so a bundle option is out. I have checked with lower tier options and they don't offer second lines. Can a phone plan be for a tablet or is a phone plan only for a phone and you have to add a second line for a tablet? (then I could get two lower price plans, from different carriers)

I really enjoy your channel. It was recommended to me by KZfaq and I am a subscriber. In particular what got me was the new Apple security settings that you walked us through. I just watch the video about the security key is the UV key and I’m still not sure I understand all that. I don’t know why find it so complicated. Because I guess you just plug it in or NFC connected as if using a big long password. Which to me is easier. Anyway, enjoy the rest of your weekend. Hello from Phoenix Arizona.

The question is what does congested mean. If you happen to work in a busy area with a lot of other people, it’s likely the Netwerk is always going to be congested on that tower.

If you're over 55 and you have five lines you need to go with T-Mobile magenta Max. I'm over 55 I have five lines I have the T-Mobile magenta Max and I pay $200 a month for total unlimited on all five lines. What you forgot to mention is that this price will never go up. This price is for the life of the plan. Same thing with Netflix it's for the life of the plan. Yes I understand the other streaming services are only for a year but I also got $1,000 from switching from Verizon. It All depends on your circumstances number of phones and actually age

One thing about Netflix is that if you are going for the Full HD or UHD plans, you still get those subsidized by the Basic plan that T-Mobile pays for. If you are a senior at 55-plus, or are active duty military or a veteran, Magenta Max offers a discount...single line is $15 off for example. Each program has the same benefits but different qualifications.

In Bulgaria for two numbers with unlimited data I pay 42 dollars a month which in my case first number is with unlimited max plan which 28.81 USD a month second one is unlimited 300 which is 13.02 USD for the first 6 Months it caps up to 300 of total speed even in 4G+ LTE after that period I will be charged with 26.04 USD not to mention in my first number I have good 5G and good coverage in home and in work if I do the math 54.85 USD will be my total after 6 Months which is way cheaper here in Bulgaria Downside is both plans have 10GB cap but can be reset with SMS to the operator u can do this once a day which is great

Something with your t-mobile map at 1:27 seems off, like the map is shifted. I just can't believe a company would build so much of their network in Wyoming and Kansas and miss major metropolitan areas. Plus in states like California and Michigan, the least populated areas have the most coverage like Redding and Upper Peninsula? Personally I'd rather live in those areas of those states if I had to choose, but rural areas tend to have poor 5G coverage.

I’m curious what you meant by having to pay to receive a text from another country? I always thought you only paid to send them if it wasn’t part of your plan. I don’t have any texting to other countries and I have never received a charge to receive a text from a differ country (an no they weren’t imessages lol).
@wolfsonryan
@wolfsonryan Жыл бұрын
Speaking as I have T-Mobile. From USA to Canada and Mexico texting is free as well as being physically in those countries still free. From USA to Europe there is a texting charge per text. If you are traveling in Europe, let’s say your physically in Italy and you text an Italian mobile number it’s free. Texting from Italy back to the USA there is a fee. However if you have an iPhone and use iMessage or WhatsApp messaging goes through the data so no texting charges no matter where you are unless you get charged for data on your plan.

@@stevenrobinson6106 no worries! There is a lot of fine print on any cellular plan and it does get cloudy. And would only be available to Spectrum customers? To my knowledge they don't just offer service to anyone who isn't already a customer of theirs so that kinda makes them useless to talk about for most people. I'm not now nor have I ever been a customer of their nor could I be. I don't have cable or landline internet available where I live. When I do get some fiber out here probably towards the end of this year it is coming to me through my power company. Big cable companies and the telecom companies never saw fit to bring any connectivity anywhere outside of cities and high density areas where people live on top of each other like ants.
