I have been using local made ups for 10 years. Though it was made by a very close friend of mine and he has used best quality material, however, I agree with this gentlemen. He has described evrything in very simple way. I have been convinced that my electric bill is much more due to this old technology. I am going to replace handmade ups with inerex or Honeage today. I am surprised why I didnt check the details earlier. I just explored about it today after my UPS malfunctioned for the 3rd time. I shifted to new house one year ago and since then the UPS is malfunctioning. I dont know name of the card which has been replaced thrice by the electrician but it is same card all three times. Suddenly UPS creates some kind of sound, at the same time fans become noisy, couple of our LED lights burn out and they are same lights everytime. The UPS mechanic says there is some problem with your wiring so it haopens frequently. He says your fan regulators are short or so. I called the electrician at home and they checked everything, coordinated with the UPS mechanic as well but unfortunately the problem still persists. I apologize for a long essay, but If you see my comment can you please thow some light on it? I will be really grateful for your time and advise. I decided not to repair the UPS this time and opt for a branded one. However, I am not sure if the issue will be resolved then. Thank you in advance.

Ups worked for 20 years made locally now repair cost 2000 per visit for 5,times in a year I use for tv , 8 security cameras one DVR, Tv, laptop and printer Three modems , wired whole house for fans light in 4 rooms Usually 3 fans or 4 lights same time I have two big phoenix 195 truck batteries My question is what inverx or. Transformer based UPS has isolation between AC and DC current so it does not damage the UPS in case of Surge while the PCB based UPS in most cases gets malfunctioned in case of surge. Still, Circuit board UPS are popular due to their light weight. 1. The Square wave simulation creates humming sound 2. Current simulation can me checked through Oscillator.

Inverex inverter delivered at home, how could I can check? The problem I have after 3 days , it cuts of electricity, when WAPDA is down My batteries are brand new phoenix 245 UGS 240 amp When WAPDA stops my ups give electricity for 20-30 minutes Then no electricity? Bro! Can you tell me why my inverter cooling fans are not stopping any time? They run all the time regardless of Load shedding, Battery charging/discharging condition! I've bought Fronus 1.5kw Inverter Hybrid MPPT wala. Xenon Plus wala model! Lekin iska bht shor hai har waqt cooling fans chalty rehty hain. Agr iske band nai hotay pankhay tau can u tell me konse brand ke inverter mein band ho jatay hain cooling fans? Solar Panels nai lagaye huay me ne na hi abhi koi plan hai further laganay ka.. sada ups bhi sahi rhe ga mere liye bs ghalti se solar wala le liya.

Branded UPS buhut sensetive hote hn, bar bar koe na koe error de kr bund ho jate hn .. jesa ke F5 High Temp Error (Jo ke fan mn dust aane se ajata hay.. aur F3 Battery voltage too high Error .(jo ke moisture ki wajha se aata hay). hamare Pakistan ke environment mn dust, moisture aur temperature teno cheezen buhut ziyada hn .. hum buhut chahat se mehnge branded ups le kr aate hn .. lekin baad mn ye ups in problems ki wajha se buhut tung krte hn .. ap ki nazar mn essa koe brand ho jis mn ye problems naa hon to plz hame wo bataen, thanks.
