How long do you stay at Dole Plantation? Do you have time to take the train ride around the plantation?

I went on a Circle Tour with some Company that was Rated the BEST and it was AWFUL, Just AWFUL.. They said it would be 90% Beach Activities and 10% Sight Seeing but it was Actually the REVERSE.. I will NEVER do that again.

Yikes - I wonder if that company booked you on the wrong tour by mistake? "The Surf Bus" is a popular company that does lots of beach activities + some sightseeing. The one in the video is 100% sightseeing, no water activities or swimsuit needed. There's also trips with waterfall version that does a partial island tour + waterfall stop (but it's a longer tour 8am-5pm, higher cost to include admission to the botanical gardens). This short one (8am-3pm) works well for those wanting to see a lot - but don't want to get in the water or bring swimsuits.
