How many have been purchased out of those till today or even been negotiated for? It is surely cool to live in one of these properties, however, why should anyone invest in Middle East, when you can never call it your home and always have the reality looming that you need to return one day? So, in such a case, wouldn't it be wise to rent out an apartment for may be say even 6 months.. Chill Out and leave without any extra baggage? I wish that a dynamic and considerate guy like you must also include rental luxury apartments, which are surely going to get more realistic would be or wannabes occupants.....
