It's actually amazing! It's a beautiful, colorful, cinematic spectacle. The music is beautiful, and the vocals are top-notch.

Context to the song, there is a Christian worship song with the lyrics "Thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever" that has a very similar tune. It's taken from the end of the Lord's Prayer. It's worship directed to God. By having Herod sing these lyrics with the word "mine" the writers show him arrogantly taking worship that should only be for God.
