Thanks for posting this, Paul. It is all good advice, much the same as I would give.

@Dayna starting from scratch is best ! Having too many "musts" or "I'm only good at" doesn't help at all. A good attitude, open mind and an idea of where you want to go are essential. In 1989, I started with nothing but a college degree and $500 & a good attitude. I didn't even know where I wanted to go so you'd be ahead of me

Good video. How to get a job contract being live overseas? Without job offer or contract impossible to get a visa or come and work in Canada or NZ for example.

Thank you for the video. These may be helpful tips, but unfortunately you didn't cover the most fundamental problem when it comes to working abroad, which is VISA sponsorship.

Paul, I love the idea of your videos. I do not want to be the negative one of the group. Or should I say the only negative post :( But, I am finding the video a little incomplete. I also spent a little time reviewing your other videos too. I was wondering if you could make a few videos with some past examples of your successes and failures. As much as I want to imagine grabbing my passport and $500 and running off to explore a new life in another country. Which is now haunting my every thought...lol. I find it hard to believe everyone with a how to video these days. I hope you understand why. Please forgive me for the skepticism, and I hope I do not come off in a negative way. I guess I am one of those proof in the pudding type guys. I myself am a lot like you, but probably a little more on the dreamer side. I am lucky enough though to have a strong entrepreneurial spirit. I love business and everything about it. I love to observe, analyze, dissect, and try to figure out how to make money with it. This is hard enough in the states, but imagining doing it in another country. Wow! (Now I am thinking toooooo much...lol) Here is a business thought: (Possible business opportunity?) Have you ever thought about taking one (or more) people with $500 each and having them come over and follow your method for success? This would make an awesome you-tube series! Well, anyways.....I am eagerly awaiting more videos!

What if you leave the country not being anything? I'm not an investment banker or anything at all. I have one university English class under my belt.
