Base Model 700 has about 60k more base damage, the other models have a bit more stability and can put on larger magazines. With a headshot handling build they both perform nearly identical, so you are picking between 60k base damage or Larger Magazine. I prefer the Base Model 700 with + 15, lets me sneak 2 blues into a Hot Shot Build. 28.3m with headhunter stacked.

@DOD, can you please put in your breakdown videos what's the best 3rd attributes for the better weapons and maybe explain a lil why. Trying to help better educate my clan, cause a lot are new and dont understand. It may be better to be shown in a video then me losing my mind trying to explain. I believe Artist Tool is a LVOA-C. Also, technically, so is St Elmos. . . .

@@DodRegnbue artists tool is a sig716cqb (which is a great shooter on its own, but i prefer the base sig716 for the extra mod flexibility). Not a huge fan of rifleman as a talent since it has poor uptime in practice. Maybe if the duration were longer on the stack refresh? LVOA-C is 1 of many AR15 variants out there and I guess you could say St Elmos is based off it (from the upper frame I suppose), but despite div1 fan boi nostalgia and love of the weapon, it was never full auto, so it's kinda whatever in RPG game terms. Looks cool, shoots nice, has OP mods and a handy proc. What's not to like?

Why no vector tactical? Round for round it has one of the highest dps outside of oro it’s sustained dps sucks donkey due to its criminally small ammo capacity however. So it does require some finesse to use tho

I enjoy sr1 x mantis > model for PvP. It’s like they forgot to fix the reload for model. M8 for shotgun F2000 for ar Ouro x lady x banshee for smg

What i truly hate is that the ravenous's rate of fire is still bugged. I love the weapon but you're so restricted if you want to bump up RoF and not deal with the bug.

Personally, I think the dark winter is still my most favorite high end/named smg. If I'm not using oroboros, I'm using dark winter.

am I just dumb? I don't like the oroboros compared to st elmos, I like that I can kill 2-3 enemies before reloading st elmos and I feel like I reload like 2-3x more with the oroboros

It has insane burst DPS If you can't feel the difference in TTK between Oroborous and Elmos I can't help you there, but they're both good. I haven't used my St Elmos at all since getting the Oroborous though. If you wanna get some mad damage out of it use it on a ninja bike build with 3 striker and picaros holster with a Brazos chest with obliterate.

Ouro will empty it's clip so quickly that you really need to be accurate with it. It basically has the highest skill ceiling of any automatic weapon in the game, but if your accuracy is good then it blows everything out of the water.

That smg is superior as far as ttk Elmo is good for more controlling and range. But up close, nothing is out dpsing that smg

M1A CQB is alright. Everything else meh. Actually Dr Home is pretty good 😅 but yeah not exactly weapon of choice

It’s cause they nerfed rifle damage by 30% in PvP and haven’t undone or fixed the change since TU10.1

@@wyattmaniscalco3090yeah it sucks rifles got a good dmg buff yet it doesn’t matter because the pvp reduction is too high compared to ARs and other weapons
